Taping Guidelines
ELBY BRASS permits all ticketed audience members to create audio, video, and photographic recordings of our shows provided that they adhere to these guidelines:
- Recording must be conducted from a ticketed seating location in the venue.
- Recording must not cause a disruption to any audience member's experience of the performance.
- Recording must be conducted using only personal equipment. Direct connections to the sound board are not available.
- All recordings must be for personal non-commercial use only which may include trading (via any storage medium or online trading system).
- Physical media recordings may be traded only for some equivalent amount of similar media (pre-recorded or blank) and/or stamped, self-addressed envelopes.
- Digital file recordings may be traded only for some equivalent amount of similar files.
- When trading recordings, no money may ever be exchanged as part of a trade.
- Unauthorized sale, duplication, or distribution of recordings is strictly forbidden.
- No waiver of any copyright or trademark right is intended by these guidelines.
